How SpinEmpire collects, uses, and protects personal data for Australian account holders.
This document describes how SpinEmpire processes personal data for accounts registered in Australia. The platform is required by its operating licence to collect certain data. This policy explains what is collected, why, and what options players have regarding that data.
At registration: name, date of birth, email address.
At KYC: identity documents (passport, driver's licence or national ID), proof of address, evidence of payment method ownership.
During play: deposit and withdrawal records, game activity logs, session and device data, support communications.
No data is collected beyond what account operation and regulatory obligations require.
Four legal bases govern processing:
Contract — everything required to run the account: game access, bonus administration, payment processing.
Legal obligation — age verification, identity checks, and anti-money-laundering monitoring required under the Curaçao eGaming licence.
Legitimate interest — fraud prevention and platform security, applied with appropriate weight given to player rights.
Consent — marketing emails only. Withdrawable at any time, with no effect on account access.
Essential cookies keep sessions active and the cashier functional. Analytical cookies track usage patterns and can be restricted through browser settings. Neither category collects data beyond its stated function.
SpinEmpire does not sell personal data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
Active accounts retain data for service delivery. After closure, data is held for the minimum period required by licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations. Once that period expires, data is permanently deleted or anonymised. Indefinite retention does not occur.
Six rights apply to data the platform holds:
Response time: within one calendar month. To submit a request: email [email protected] from your registered account address. Live chat can confirm submission and direct you to the correct process.
All data transmitted between your device and SpinEmpire's servers is encrypted via SSL. Access to stored personal data is restricted to authorised staff by role-based controls. KYC documents are held separately from standard account records.
The most common account vulnerability on the player side is a weak or reused password. Using a unique, strong password for your SpinEmpire account closes the most direct attack path.
